Circa 1955: Building constructed during post-war expansion of west Edmonton along the Stony Plain Road corridor.

1960s–1980s: Operated as a neighborhood commercial property serving local businesses and residents.

1990s–2010s: Housed a community thrift store supporting affordability and charitable initiatives.

2010s–Early 2020s: Operated as a locally owned pawn shop providing financial and resale services.

Late 2023: Project vision initiated to redevelop the building into a modern healthcare facility.

2024–2025: Extensive interior and exterior renovations completed, including clinical redesign

March 2026: Official opening of Stony Ridge Health Centre.
